What should I do if the update tool shows “network error”?

1. Please check your network connection.

2. Please visit our website and find your product model to download the latest version of the update tool.

What should I do if the update is interrupted or failed?

1.Please check your network connection.

2.Please check if your TF card is full. As Foxwell keep issuing new updates to improve the products, there might not be enough space for TF card. Our suggestion is to replace it with a larger SD card. Alternatively, you may delete/uninstall some of the vehicle software that you don't need to make room for future updates. Please remember it's always suggested to delete and update software via our update client.
